I am still looking for the best baby monitor. Maybe I’m being picky or maybe I’m being paranoid. I’m reallly not sure. I just know I have to trust this monitor to wake me up out of a sound sleep. I’m not used to having babies around. I don’t even have a dog. When my husband and I fall asleep, we are usually out of it until morning. I know that isn’t how a new mom should think, or talk, but we really need a monitor we can trust. The baby spent the first month in our room so we could get used to hearing his cries when he woke up at night. Our room is really small and we set up a great nursery for him. We’re afraid to put him in there incase we don’t hear him cry at night. My husband can sleep through a tornado and I’m almost as bad, especially now when I’m lacking sleep anyway. A monitor with a really loud volume would be great. We’ll search for the best baby monitor we can find.
